In the cold season, our garden with the large lawn turns into a scenic snowy landscape full of grace and charm. Even though the temperatures now of course will not be summery: you still may enjoy a sunbath! Wrapped up in a warm jacket you will soon notice that the wintry sun rays are a true balm for body and soul! Afterwards, you may enjoy a delicious cup of hot tea in your snug apartment!

A family vacation can be so beautiful, but when the kids get bored, the long-awaited vacation may quickly turn into a nightmare. In our Residence Klausberg plenty of fun and variety awaits you: not only for toddlers, but also for lively kids and cool teenagers. In our garden, for example, a well-maintained playground with slides, swings and sandpit is available. Here, your children can play and romp freely!
“Action” for teenagers
Of course, also teens want to have fun during their vacation. Therefore, for our young guests there are some exciting attractions in our fabulous playroom. How about, for example, a game of table tennis? Even Dad will enjoy a game of table soccer, and while the toddlers play with their toy cars on the “road carpet”, Mom can take a little break in our cosy lounge.
